Congratulations, Soulty, tho I do have to wonder how the game would have differed had everyone been aware of how capitals worked from the beginning.

Congratulations, Soulty, tho I do have to wonder how the game would have differed had everyone been aware of how capitals worked from the beginning.

I guess I'm partly to blame for not making it clear enough in the opening rules, but I simply assumed that everybody would have been made clear after the way Everett won the last game.
