When your nominee wins with 35% and NOTA gets 24%, that's not a good sign for the nominee or your party's hopes in the general election.

And no, even if NOTA won, Neal would have still recieved the nomination.

Edit: Corrected the Map, since some commas snuck into my document and I had to reload the data. And the maps don't change.
