Since 1896, every single Liberal Party leader has served as PM at some point.  Do you think Dion will continue this pattern?

I honestly don't know what the big deal is about his accent.  It's really not that bad.  Sure, he obviously is a Francophone, but "poor English skills"?  Come on.  It's nothing like Chrétien's was.

I also don't exactly agree that he's condescending or arrogant.

I don't even get what the last guy is supposed to be about.

The cartoon raises a good point... if you already agreed with all of its content.  It doesn't if you didn't.

Turner was Prime Minister for roughly three months - and was never elected.

As for the question at hand, yeah, probably.
