Wisconsin - The state even got a higher percentage of Republican House votes in 2006 than in 2004.

Wisconsin is the only gray state where they have a shot with any generic Republican.  Minnesota could be swayed with Pawlenty as a VP pick and Guliani could be competitive in New Jersey.

Just out of curiosity, why is New Hampshire not gray.  To write it off as a safe Democratic win would be unwise on the part of the GOP.  Assuming it as a given GOP win would be equally if not more unwise on their part.  Seeing as New Hampshire is one of the only state to switch parties between 2000 and 2004 I'm very surprised it isn't labeled as gray here.
