Couldn't these assholes at least get SCOTUS to OK this election stealing? Bush v. Gore could be used as precedent to the Republican right to steal elections.

The NY GOP will fight tooth and nail for those last two seats in 2008. If they lose them, the Democrats will degerrymander (and probably countergerrymander) the State Senate, blocking the Republicans out of New York permanently.

I clicked on the link, and it wasn't the GOP that sent out that flyer, it was the Conservative Party.
