Washoe (Reno) is more libertarian than Clark (Vegas)

Washoe and Clark Counties make up around 85% of the votes for all Nevada elections.

In Washoe and Clark, Kerry won 51/48 (by almost 20K)
In the rest of the state, Bush won 65/32 (by 41K)

Titus won the Washoe/Clark combo by just over 7K (47/45) and Gibbons won the rest of the state by a 61/30 margin (almost 31K votes)

So if the Dems increase their margins in Clark and Washoe, they basically make the rest of the state irrelevant.
