Total New Jersey slimeball. Still, I like his voting record.

I've yet to be shown where he or Lautenberg are corrupt.  Just because someone says so doesn't make it so.  Torricelli was corrupt.  But I've heard that everyone from Menendez to Christine Todd Whitman to Rush Holt are or were corrupt.

Maybe.  But prove it.  Or shut the hell up.

As to Senator Bob's voting record, not bad.

He belongs in prison. But he was still better than braindead TOTAL F**KING MORON piece of human trash who ran against him.

Kean, Jr. might be an even better example of a total and utter idiot who gets somewhere only because of his father than Bush.

But Senator Casey takes the cake, of course.

Has he been convicted?  Arrested?  Censured?  Are there any investigations underway?

You can think a person is corrupt and you may well be right.  I just need to see proof.

I have seen the proof against Bob Toricelli.  He was corrupt.  Jim Traficant was corrupt.  Bill Jefferson is corrupt.  Bob Ney was corrupt.  Duke Cunningham was corrupt.

"I have a feeling he might be corrupt...shady...whatever" is a much more helpful statement than, "he is corrupt" as a statement of fact.

I really have no affection whatsoever for Bob Menendez, Frank Lautenber or John Corzine.  I am a little weary of the constant stereotyping of entire states.  New Jersey is no more corrupt than Indiana or Illinois or Kansas.  Sure, there are plenty of crooks there.  Here, too.  In both parties.

I do think it's interesting that we always hear how corrupt New Jersey Democrats at.  But Christine Whitman, Tom Kean, Rod Freylinghuysen (sp?), Frank LoBiondo, Jim Saxton and all the good Republicans at the statehouse are as pure as the driven snow.

Fact is, some of the Democrats are probably crooks.  And so are some of the Republicans.  But until we have solid proof and not bullsh*t propaganda from News Max or Whirled Nuts Daily -- I don't buy it.  About EITHER party.

Unlike State Senator Kean Jr. or Governor(s) Bush, you mean?

I have found it is impossible to convince Dems Menendez is corrupt, b/c no matter how much info you pile up, numerous credible stories, the investigation of US Atty Chris Christie they'll just tell you it's smear

Just because someone isn't convicted, arrested, etc. does not mean that there is no proof of corruption.

Uh, I certainly don't believe that the NJ GOP is "pure." Believe me when I say that I know that they have their fair share of corrupt officials and insanely assinine big shots. I have been spending a lot of time in NJ lately dealing with a political campaign.
