Frm. NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani secures the Republican Nomination, and chooses Frm. Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee as his running mate.

New York Senator Hillary Clinton secures the Democratic Nomination, and chooses New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson as her running mate.

I had a thread on Clinton vs. Giuiliani that explains some of the states and how I think they'll break down.
as for this map, with Richardson on the VP slot, NM will swing ever so slightly to Hillary, 2000 style. Oregon, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania, and West Virginia (in no particular order) will be Rudy's closest states.
New Jersey, Michigan, and Minnesota, and Washington (in no particular order) will be Hillary's closest states

Arkansas=GOP with Huckabee on the ticket.
