Bush won Virginia roughly 52 to 44% over Gore, but Nader's margin was such that had he not been on the ballot, Gore stood a fair chance to win Albermarle, Nelson, and Fairfax counties, and would have made it a closer race in Rappahannock and Clarke counties.  Overall, the total would have been more like 52 to 46% -not enough to affect the outcome to the extent that the whole state would have flipped, but enough to make it a more respectable showing for Gore.

Up to 5...

Dutchess (0.25% Bush plurality vs. 4.97% Nader)
Cortland (0.80% Bush plurality vs. 4.55% Nader)
Oswego (0.81% Bush plurality vs. 3.50% Nader)
Otsego (3.00% Bush plurality vs. 5.60% Nader)
Saratoga (3.44% Bush plurality vs. 4.36% Nader)

The Democrats would probably have taken Alpine County (which they did in 2004), and just maybe San Diego, Ventura, San Joaquin, and San Bernandino (unlikely).

Almost certainly St. Clair and Shiawassee counties would've voted for Gore if Nader hadn't been on the ballot. Probably Alger as well, and maybe Gladwin. Schoolcraft would've gone for Gore if he'd gotten all of Nader's votes, but with only 4 to spare; highly unlikely Gore would've won the county.

Pretty irrelevant really.

If Gore had ended up losing CA, it would have been a massive landslide of epic proportions on Bush's part and Nader at that point would be irrelevant.

I lived in Texas at the time. I'm pretty certain Gore would have won Travis had Nader not been on the ballot, but that's probably it.

None at all, Nader didn't even make the ballot. If anything Pat Buchanan and Harry Browne took votes away from Bush, lol.
