Giuliani 37% (+3)
McCain 16% (-3)
Gingrich 11% (-1)
Romney 10% (-1)

No other Republican breaks 2%.

I think that's the lowest number for McCain in any national poll since September (when there were more undecideds, and Rice was still being included in the poll question).

Romney seems to do well in Rasmussen polls.  I think 10% is tied with his all time high in national polls.
