How can a movie with little to no political rhetoric be left-wing?

How can a movie with little to no political rhetoric be left-wing?

Are you kidding?  This movie for example is clearly a propaganda piece for the Communists.  I mean he's even wearing a red shirt.  I think that says it all.

And then this one?  A pregnant man?  Clearly the work of satanic cult worshippers that hate America.

And don't even get me started on this piece of socialist tripe:

Terminator series = anti-nuclear, anti-militarism
Total Recall = anti-corporatism
Eraser = anti-militarism, pro-gun control

Lets not forget that Arnold is a pot smoking icon.  As big as say Cheech and Chong.

Let's also not forget that Arnold Schwarzenegger is by no means conservative.  He's well in the range of moderate and perhaps slightly to the right of center, but hardly.

Arnold is a liberal so this makes sense, although I doubt the validity of this thread considering its creator

What? BRTD I think you are reading way to much into really shallow and meaningless movies. I wouldn't call any of Arnold's movies anything more than silly entertainment and I doubt that there was supposed to be a political message in any of them.

I remember when people thought he was a liberal. And DWDL continues to insist that he'll win the Senate race in 2010.

     Against Barbara Boxer? I guess he would if Obama turns out to be awful & there's a huge backlash against the Democrats, but otherwise no. He also might want to save himself until 2012, in case Feinstein retires.

He'll never win anything in California again. All the interests will be lined up against him.

     He has money & is moderate. That automatically gives him a better chance of winning than any other Republican, regardless of how many people hate him. Except Poizner I guess. Tongue

Well, he got lucky in 2006 after the divisive primary, and now I don't think the state employees are too kindly predisposed toward him. Tongue Plus, his spending cuts aren't exactly popular.

     He did get lucky in that Angelides was the nominee. Nevertheless, his approval ratings started high, dropped quickly, rose again when he was campaigning for reelection, & now are low again. You don't think that a general election campaign would see public opinion of him skyrocketing again?

Well, I though the "6th Day" had some anti-choice rhethoric despite being just about the dangers of reproductive cloning. I know that Arnold is pro-choice though.
