1)  Education and Health Care (sorry, they are both of equal importance), 2)  Transportation, 3) Environment.

Educate our children as far as we possibly can, make sure they have adequate health care, and make sure they have an efficient and convenient way to get themselves and their products to the market all while having the right to breathe clean air, drink clean water, and recreate in their natural surroundings.  (As well as protecting the environment from unsustainable growth)..

I don't think that's so much to ask.
