A near tie with Johnson for best president.  Wonderful aristocratic style and attitude - one of the few who did not deny that he came from the ruling class. 

In an aside, I will go out on a limb here and say that just about every single member of this forum owes his well being to at least some degree (and in most cases a large degree) to FDR's economic policies.
