I voted no on this referendum. I found it kind of suspicious that the state was gonna shell out another few million on the previous gulf war. I felt the timing was odd, that as the GOP was getting battered over this iraq war, that they'd put this to the public vote (they controled both house chambers at the time)


That and I am a cheap bastard. Its a flaw.
