19) The date is Nov. 22 1963.  President Kennedy was in his motorcade in Dallas when shots ring out.  President Kennedy is hit first in the neck, a non-mortal wound.  The next shot would kill him instantly.  Kennedy may have lived and had an easy recovery if he had been able to slouch over after the first shot.  Why didn't he?
His bad back that should have kept him out of the Navy.

Almost, not quite.  It is related to that.

Ding Ding Ding

Ernest gets it.  Kennedy was wearing a back brace that severlly restricted his movement.

Ernest is now tied with PB

Who is late getting his RPG report in and should either do it or withdraw?

(Hint: It's not me...)

When answering this question, I encourage everyone to check out the Pawns of Power thread at the Indvidual Politics subforum, and sign up for it. I need players, and you need fun. Okay. Do it. Now. Thanks.

I'm sorry M.  My schedual has not been ideal.  I withdraw.  I was really enthusiastic, I just don't have the time to commit much to the forum for the next couple of weeks, let alone the RPG.

Here is another.  One person to hold the office of President was censured by the US Senate.  Who was it?
