Without Gingrich:

Giuliani: 35% (-3)
McCain: 22% (+6)
Thompson: 10% (-)
Romney: 9% (+3)
Gingrich: 7% (-3)

With Gingrich:

Giuliani: 38% (-4)
McCain: 24% (+6)
Thompson: 11% (-1)
Romney: 10% (+3)
