Sweeps into power after 4 years of opposing power that are miserable. Is given enough time by the general happiness with a new leader to lay down a solid beginning to most of his plans, but, due to the controversy over some of his policies, gets few done while wrestling with the legislature in his first term and, after being re elected in a far closer matchup, wrestling with the people over the mre partisan issues. Most likely goes down in history in the middle of the pack both for the good he was able to do, and the good he wasnt able to.
