Marginal.  Won by less than 10% EVs.  Probably would be a split Congress due to some polarizing decisions, with Senate being Republican, House being Democrat.  No major change on the international scene.  Faded into the crowd following your single term, only popping up for fund raising and guest speaking duties.

Never made it on enough state ballots to be considered a serious candidate (fails to win the Dem primaries), but does pick up Mass as his only EVs due to ballot splitting between the Dems and Reps.
