Results in the Hamilton North & East ward of South Lanarkshire...

Elected: Barry Douglas (SNP), David McLachlan (Lab), Mary Smith (Lab)

Was this the election our favorite tory was running in?

Yep

A shame, but I'm sure he fought the good fight. Congrats to him for summoning up the testiticular fortitude for running in the first place.

Still too close to call ATM. I'm going to say Labour largest party, but that's only a guess.

What sort of coalitions could we see...any chance in hell of a red-blue coalition (based on some sort of pro-union stance?)?

Total Seat Count?

What is the number needed for a majority, and what combinations (realistic) of party coalitions can form the majority?

Because I'm functionally retarded, can someone explain to me how the regional seats are awarded?

So who is going to shack up with who...since the party numbers seem pretty even...SNP/Lab essentially tied, Con/LD essentially tied...Greens potentially holding the two seats needed for coalition...

Stop light?
