I'd like to run Election 2004 on a district system and Election 2005 in the UK on a state system, but would like to know where I can find a map showing which Presidential Candidate won which congressional districts in 2004?

I don't think there's a map.  I know there's a data file, and maps of the congressional districts...

This site shows a map of how each district voted for Pres. and Congress, but doesn't have numbers for the districts:
