Well, this numbnuts lived for quite a few years, more than Kerry or Bush in their birth states, in MA, but I consider him from ME, but could also consider him from MA.

With Higgs achieving greater than 60% in only one single state, I'm rather confused how he gets to nearly 70% in the country at large.  That is a literal impossibility.
