My experience with Latino Evangelicals is that they are exploding in numbers, but few show a real interest in American politics. Most stay in heavily Latino communities and continue to be informed by the political context of their community and their home countries.

Especially in Florida where the Republicans are about to edge Democrats by 1 million by the end of the year. As a result Democrats don't hold any statewide office in FL and could lose 2 or 3 more House seats this year in FL.

I believe that will mean more voices in favor of pro-life policies

Hmmm... my understanding is that they are also populist conservative in a way that would be recognizable to Americans?

Yes, they usually support the right. Look at Bolivia.

I would argue that we've already seen the trends this entails with the religious right, more ecumenical dialogue and more focus on gender and sexuality than race in their pet social causes.

I don't see why it would change anything. People are drawn to Evangelicalism because of its current politics, not in spite of it.

This is only true if you equate evangelicalism with a specific brand of theological conservatism.  BRTD's presumably non-denominational church identifies itself as evangelical and is very liberal.
