I have a strong opinion, but it's not among the titles that I've seen mentioned by others.

Animal Farm.

True Story - I went to read 1984 in 1984 simply because it was 1984 and the school librarian said that that book was inappropriate for a 13 y.o.

So I got Animal Farm instead.

Gordon Comstock as an Atlas poster certainly works.

For a substantial part of its user base (some Republican but some Nationalist), the answer is Homage to Catalonia.

Animal Farm, because every time someone on Atlas gets muted or banned there is, without fail, a group of users who see the ban as unfair and try to rise up against it.
