Legally I don't think he has any avenue to demand this. He could issue a cease and desist of using his likeness, but he can't get restitution for it. And as for his name if he's endorsed candidates they are free to use that information in their literature, on their website, etc.

Something else to consider is that politicians images and names are included in political materials for negative and positive reasons all the time without their permission. Seems as if Trump is trying to apply entertainment law to a political campaign.
