The Biden campaign should run an ad just featuring this Trump clip and nothing else. I have long said that attacking Trump for being a bully and a criminal DOES NOT WORK. People know about this and they don't care. Hell, a lot of people see it as a feature, not a bug. Instead, they need to attack him on being stupid and incompetent.
