I'm not even as much concerned about redistricting now as much as I am concerned that there is not reason to have an odd number of states or more than 2 states noncontiguous to Atlasia.

And now as others have said re-districting is possible with the original act that gave Puerto Rico statehood so the Puerto Rico crusade people can stop talking.

Just because we don't 'need' to have 51 states doesn't mean we need to get rid of Puerto Rican statehood. The burden to prove necessity is on you, and I really don't think we 'need' to get rid of Puerto Rico.
