Considering how many awful polls there have been for her, is there any chance the GOP goes with Mark Lamb?
Clearly there’s a ton of Trump-Gallego voters out there.

Of course there's a chance. It's just not a very high one.

I've looked at the wiki and it seems like the only republican group to have endorsed Marc Lamb are Latinos for Trump. Also while he's still far from Lake, it's not as bad as I thought honestly, she seems to lead him by 2-1 with still two months to go and he appears to be the one gaining in polling. Given the terrrible general election polling of Lake against Gallego, republicans would be wiser to nominate him. I think Trump probably wishes he hadn't endorsed Lake as even he can tell how much of a drag she appears to be, but given how absolutely loyal to him she has been, he doesn't want to betray her.

I don't see it.

Arizona Republicans over the last few years have completely jumped the shark. The went from McCain to all these dumpsterfires and rightfully lost statewide races across the board for good.

The only way I could see it happening would be if Trump withdrew his endorsement, which is unlikely but not impossible because he hates being associated with losers.

The only people who like, let alone love, her are…AZ Republicans. So I don’t see her losing an AZ Republican primary.

In retrospect Ward’s 40% against McCain in 2016 should’ve been the warning sign that the AZGOP just needed the chance to dive into the deep end of nut job conservative conspiracists and never look back.

Republicans don’t believe polls in general. Except if we’re leading.

The problem is Republicans in the Trump era are astonishingly stupid when it comes to who to nominate.

Trump should unendorse her and endorse her primary opponent. That will be the end of her.
