Okay, I know this scenario is completely absurd, but here it goes:

Let's assume that Jesse Jackson win the Democratic nomination. To balance the ticket, he chooses fellow candidate David Duke as his running mate.

What would the electoral map look like for this? Would it be a clean Bush sweep?

Yes, it is completely and totally absurd.  But no, the 50 states would go to Bush, while DC's 3 would probably still go Dem.
