May it please the Honorable Supreme Court of Atlasia.  I wish to file a suit against Atlasia, concerning the legality of the statehood of Puerto Rico.  I charge that the Senate has never been given the power to admit states to the nation of Atlasia, thus the statehood of Puertor Rico, admitted in 2006, is an illegal state, and should have it's statehood removed.

Fifth Amendment to the Atlasian Constitution:

"The Senate may by law admit new States to the Republic of Atlasia."

The Puerto Rican Statehood Act of 2006 was passed after the above amendment.
