It's not actually calling for a full withdrawal. They still want some troops present to assist the Iraqi government in the north of the country.

I originally posted my (brief) response to the article, but decided I could really do without getting into an argument at the moment. You have your opinions and I have mine. Let's agree to disagree.

I will not be further reading or responding to this thread.
