HardR is actually correct for once.

Voinovich currently has a 44-45 approval rating.

Strickland by the way has a 59-32

Really? Hadn't checked the approval ratings lately; I was thinking simply in terms of someone who could give him a shot at winning Ohio. I guess things are even worse in Ohio for the GOP than I thought.

Maybe Tommy Thompson then to try to win Wisconsin. Like I said I agree it's probably a futile effort all around, but trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Smiley

Let's say that Mitt wins and is running against Hillary. Who would be his best bet. I think his best bet is a woman like Liz Dole, Kay Bailey Hutchison, Claire McCaskill, or maybe even Christine Todd Whitman

Now you're just being ridiculous.  She's as reviled among Republicans as she is among Democrats, and my God, did you not hear how badly she made a fool out of herself during 9/11 at the EPA?

Woman had no spine to stand up for what she believes in.

...on second thought, perhaps she'd make a good running mate for Romney after all.
i know but it is not like the GOP's Women's Team has a deep bench

AK Gov. Sarah Palin trumps Christine Todd Whitman in every concievable way except length of service.

HardR is actually correct for once.

Oh, Lord, even I read the sarcasm in his post.

Of course I knew it was sarcasm. That's why I backed up his post. Hence the "HardR is actually correct for once."

He needs a good southern Christian. Someone who is a good family man. Therefore I nominate Senator David Vitter...... oh wait.
