Damnit.  I don't know why only 8 battalions departed, when clearly it ought to have been 9.  I may need to redo the attacks from WA>AK onwards, if necessary.  I'll do that in a few minutes or so.

General MAS117's attack orders: The Redux.

Ok, so MAS had 10 battalions in Idaho at the start of his attack run, and by accident, I only sent 8 battalions from that state instead of 9.  The point at which this began to make a difference is during Washington's invasion of Alaska, when 2 battalions attacked instead of 3.  So to rectify this, I'm going to redo the rest of MAS's attack run from that point onwards.

I want to go all battalions in NY, attack with it all do or die NJ, PA, OH, KY, then distribute the remainder of my battalions into 3 states at various levels, if splitting battalions in one state into 3 groups and giving them to three states is legal, then please carry these orders out to the KY step then await further orders.

Not legal as state.  You only get to make one move of troops not associated with an attack,  and it can only be from one single state to any one adjacent state you control.  Plus when you make that non-attacking move, you've ended your turn as you can't make any more attacks.

Assuming what you want to do is conquer NJ, PA, OH, and KY and then leave as equal a number as possible in OH, KY, and VA, then the attack orders are fine, but you need to order that one third of the force attacking Kentucky from Ohio will remain in Ohio, then do a tactical move of half your force in Kentucky into Virgina.  However, that tactical move will end your turn, so you won't be able to give any further orders.
