A bit of a loaded question I suppose but that will just provide more interesting conversation I hope. For those that are unaware with the subject...

New York State Senator Joe Flanagan has proposed a bill that places penalties on those that sell it. It's set to hit the Assembly in September.

My friend bought some in Duluth and then they went on a camping trip and smoked it.. and they said it was really interesting.

No, it should not be illegal.

Ah, but you see the poll question is should it be legal, not become illegal. My fault for wording it I suppose.

Last Fri (8/17), IL was added to the list when the gov signed HB 457. The vote was unanimous in both the House and Senate. It's classified as a schedule I controlled substance with other hallucinogens such as LSD and peyote, opiates, and major depressants and stimulants.

It's not interesting in a good way. It's quite terrifying actually. Regardless, it should be legal.

I voted no by accident.  Yes, it should be legal.

As with most substances, it depends on the person and their current environment.

I wonder if any of those who want to make it illegal are willing to post.

It should be legal and highly regulated, like most drugs (especially naturally occurring ones).

I've tried it and found it to be unpleasant and unremarkable. I never achieved any full blown hallucinations, just a very heavy dissociated feeling that thankfully went away quickly enough. It was perfectly legal when I did so, and it should stay that way.

It's effects last for only a few minutes, and I don't think that you would even be capable of getting up and harming anyone else while on it.... so yea, I'll say legal.

I would support it staying legal, but then again, I also support Marijuana legalization.
