I doubt the number of electoral votes for each state will remain exactly the same between now and then.

I wonder if we will still have all of our states or still have a federal government by then, really.

Here's another 2152 scenario

The Republicans, (or whatever they may be called) are confined to their bastions in the northeast, the mid atlantic, and the midwest.

The Democrats, (or whatever they may be called) are confined to their stronghold in the "solid south."

The America First Party sweeps part of the midwest, the plains states, the mountain states, the southwest, the west coast, plus Alaska and Hawaii.

Mike Naso will be elected president; however, it won't matter because the Brits take all of America back except a small part of Rhode Island

Will it be the Griffen House?
Mike Naso will be elected president; however, it won't matter because the Brits take all of America back except a small part of Rhode Island

By the way, I would think they would be known as -

Republicans- Federalists (after the Federalist Lawyers Society)
Democrats- Constitutionalist  (after the Constitutionalist Lawyers Society)

What do you think their platforms would be?

By then, Mike Naso's head in a jar will have been installed as lifetime dictator.

Are you sure the election would not be dominated by the decapodians?

Careful... I wonder if there will be a United States in 2152. I think that is a 70% possibility that drops to about half in 2250.

Do you think Fred Phelp's head-n-a-jar will run that year against .... I don't know who the GOP nominee would be.

Not only that, you're forgetting that Vermont and Arkansas have always voted together since 2088.

Yeah, and California and New York are the back bone of the Republican party since the robot rebellion of 2053

Election Results 2152

The nation splits along geographic boundaries.

Light Green
The New England Loyalist Party sweeps New England, with the exception of the rock solid Republican states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  Try as they may, the NELP could not shake loose these two bastions of Republicanism.

Green
The Progressive Alliance Party sweeps the balance of the northeastern states, and the mid atlantic states.

Light Blue
The Confederacy Constitutionalist Party sweeps the south.

Dark Green
The National Unionist Party sweeps the states in the midwest.

Pink
The Western Federalist Party sweeps all the plains states, the southwest states, the west coast states, and the mountain states, with the exception of the doggedly loyal Democratic states of Idaho and Utah.  In spite of an intense campaign on the part of the WFP, they were not able to pry these two fiercly loyal Democratic states away.

Incumbent president Micheal Anthony Naso, Jr. achieves re-election to his 30th consecutive term in office, narrowly defeating Snoop Dog IX, mayor of Kansas.

By that time, we wont need to leave the country in the winter's because it'll be 90 degrees in January in Winnipeg.

Blue:     Annexed by Canada
Red:      Annexed by Mexico
Green:  United States of America

Why would Mexico annex Kansas? For a "Kansan War for Independence?"
