Here's the scenario for 2008:

Former Senator John Edwards, wins the 2008 Democratic Nomination after a hard faught battle between himself, Senator Barack Obama and Senator Hillary Clinton. Edwards makes a surprising choice for Vice President and selects conservative Senator, Ben Nelson of Nebraska.

Whilst on the Republican side, former Governor of Arkansas Mike Huckabee wins the Republican Nomination he was unstoppable during the primaries. Largely to his surprising win in Iowa in January. For Vice President, Huckabee selects Senator Sam Brownback of Kansas.

Discuss with maps.

3rd party, I refuse to vote for any ticket with a far right-winger on it.

Edwards still....but I would vote Libertarian if a conservative was at the helm.

I like Huckabee, but I hate Brownback just as much as I hate Romney and Hagel. If I couldn't look past Brownback, I'd just go and vote for Edwards

Urgh.

Third party.  Just can't bring myself to support Edwards here.

I'd vote Huckabee, but Edwards will probably win...at least for 2008. If it was any other year, huckabee

Edwards/Edwards

Although I would be very disappointed in his choice of Nelson of course.

Gun/Edwards. I can't stand populist left-wingers or theocrats.
