Anyway, what is it to you, KP?  I didn't know you cared.

I'm worried about the uglies rise in society, opebo. I don't want to see someone of prominence in the community fall victim.

i had to estimate my weight. last time i weighed myself (over a year ago) i was 155.  i suspect ive put on 5 pounds since then.

eventhough BMI is basically worthless:

Percentage body fat is a much better measurement, there I am at about 15% (which is much more below the average) basically BMI doesn't look at the muscle component of body weight...

Eh, I don't care for mine as much.

I'm 6'0, and 274, so mine comes to 37.2.  I should probably spend some more time doing cardio than I do lifting, but eh, it's not as fun.

5'10" and 161 lbs = 22.5 BMI

In recent years the highest my BMI has been was 26.5 and the lowest was 21.1. I am fairly wide in the shoulders and when I was down to 146 lbs people told me I looked ill.
