All I have to say is-as the last real SOEA- that I am proud to pass the torch of this department back to True Dem. I am sure foreign relations will flourish under you. Best of luck, my friend.

I really switch between both.  At National Quals I did Domestic, but that didn't turn out so well.

Although I should have told my fellow Atlasians, I have been having to deal with a personal issue over the past couple weeks dealing with my family.  I cannot go into details, but it has occupied much of my time.  I am sorry for my inactivity.  I thought this issue would subside quickly, but I fear it will not.

I hereby resign as Secretary of External Affairs.
