Guess who the previous poster would've voted for in the last 5 presidential primaries.

The way it works is, you post your guesses for the previous poster.  Then, you post which parties you would've voted in for each election year for the next poster.

Since I'm first, here're the primaries I would've voted in for the last 5 elections.  The person who posts after me should guess which candidate I would've supported in each primary.

2004: Democratic
2000: Republican
1996: Republican
1992: Republican
1988: Republican

Uh...this is probably dead wrong, but...

2004: John Edwards
2000: George W. Bush
1996: Lamar Alexander
1992: George H.W. Bush
1988: George H.W. Bush

NEXT GUY: I would've voted in the democratic primaries all 5 times.

Bush
Bush
Dole
McCain
[Bush]

As a bonus, you have to guess which primary I'd have voted in each election. (I'll give you that I voted in the Democratic primary in 2004.)

92-Dem (Tsongas)
96-GOP (Dole)
00-GOP (McCain)
04-Dem (Clark)

Did I get any right?

For the next person, I would have voted in the GOP primary for all five of these elections.

For me:
1996 - Lugar, Specter had he stayed in
2004 - Dean

But you did get all of the parties right.

For you:
1988 - Bush
1992 - Bush or Write-in
1996 - Forbes
2000 - Forbes
2004 - [Bush]

I'm impressed that you were able to get Forbes right. I would have voted DuPont in 88 and Buchanan in 92 as a protest vote against Bush, though.
