The Atlas seems to be a mix of California and New York when it comes to Bush's approval:

Can't they do some different states? It's the same 16 states as last month.

They are not released yet on that page. You have to click on the June tracking pages of each state.

For example here in CA and scroll over to July:

You are right. They once polled all 50 states until a year ago. Then they started polling in just these 16 states for approval ratings of Bush, governors and senators as well as primaries. I don´t know why they stopped polling in the other 34 states. Maybe they are saving money.

A poll from Colorado once in a while would be nice. Allard, Ritter and Bush approval and an early look Udall vs. Schaffer would be great too ... But I don´t expect that until September or even next year.

It´s a little gimmick Smiley Go to the page here:

http://www.surveyusa.com/50StateTracking.html

scroll down to the June Bush Approvals, for example California (061207 - California Approval Rating President Bush), click on that page, then you see the question:

"Do you approve or disapprove of the job George W. Bush is doing as President? "

Left to that is the number "1" and a big "T".

"T" means "Tracking" - click on that "T". A new page opens, scroll over to July and you got the ratings. Do that with every state. Smiley

Are you sure these are accurate? The poll also claimed that 51% of Kansans are pro-choice.

It's the only 16 states they're being paid to do polling in.  If you want the other 34, cut them a check.

The US is about 60-40 pro choice, so it doesn´t really surprise me, allthough I thought KS may be 40-60. Here you have the full list of all states from 2005:

Just hover over "Does the U.S. need a..." and the full question appears:

Does the US need a draft ?

That reminds me of a Conan O'Brian joke:

"A recent Gallup poll shows that Bush has a 2% rating among blacks. It would've been higher, but Condi Rice has a small extended family."

There are probably some dead and unborn hispanics complaining about him.
