That's fine with Bush, he didn't need Osama any more after that tape Osama put out right before the election.

Yeah I'm strating to think Bin Laden's dead too because have you noticed that all the new footage of him that has come out is all at least four years old,So this is one of the many clues that leads me to think that Al-Qaeda's using Weekend at Bernie's like tactics to make Bin Laden appear alive to suit their own unknown aims.

It would be ridiculously easy to hide him in Pakistan...

Though in recent times the release of new AQ videos has been a bit, well, "conveninent" for the Bush adminstration.

Neither of which indicates anything, obviously.

I would tend to agree that bin Ladin is either dead or in a condition whereby he is of limited use to his campaign.

I don't agree though that his absence will necessarily hinder the Al Qaeda movement to any great extent.
