obviously most members of the educated class believe that global warming is a hoax and that pregnant unwed women should be prohibited from teaching in public schools.

uhh. im not kissing up to brtd. most of his ideas are stupid and immature. but obviously he is better than inhofe.
and to be fair, i dont ever recall brtd attacking me on a personal level. in case you havent noticed, it is the republicans and libertarians around here that call me things like 'depressed drunk' and suggest that i kill myself.
christian values, obviously.

I haven't seen anyone suggest that you kill yourself, Walter.
BRTD constantly attacks you about your knowledge of politics (especially when it comes to predicting how an election will go).
And, since we are being fair, the one incident that I noticed where someone called you a "depressed drunk" was after you made a statement about how he was trailer park trash. Sounds like the values of a tolerant, accepting person?
I like you, Walter, but you do go off with your nonsense every once in awhile.

You are but BRTD is the head of the ticket and even if he is educated, he sure doesn't show it. I don't care how book smart someone is. If their actions scream "immature child" then that is how I will judge their intelligence.

With a split in the liberal vote between two people seen as extreme left wingers?

With a split in the liberal vote between two people seen as extreme left wingers?
Since when is someone tied to Halliburton an extreme left winger?
Aside that though, there would hardly be any split in the vote. Nader didn't even get half a percent last election. He's old news, and wouldn't be any factor.

And you're a complete political unknown. Honestly, I think left-wing voters would go with the known Nader over a self-proclaimed "socialist libertarian" who has never even run for office before.

I obviously wouldn't be an unknown if I won the Democratic nomination, and most left wing voters hate Nader, well known or not.
I also never called myself a "socialist libertarian"

Thank you. BRTD also needs to realize that Nader isn't actually some far right wing extremist.

Quote
In their quest for larger audiences and greater profits the commercial media predictably races to the lowest and basest standards, with ever more blatant displays of violence, sex, crassness, and nihilism on television, cable, movies, radio, video games, and music. Our society, even 10 or 20 years ago, would not have tolerated such youth-beamed depravity. These are the motivations that relentlessly drive the creation, production, and marketing of ever more Doom, Quake, Basketball Diaries, Marilyn Mansons, Mortal Kombat I and II and III and IV, Jerry Springers, Howard Sterns, South Parks, and the rest of it.
This poison has got to stop. Enough is enough.
hmmm, sounds pretty right wing to me.
