I live in Philadelphia county. It has gone heavily Dem from 1960-2000 and this year is no exception.

But check out some of those #'s.  Mondale won my area by 14 pts!  Dukakis by 20 pts!!  Yeah, Allegheny County is only slightly Democratic.
