Option 2.  Killary's "value" hasn't changed by this.  Edwards will reap any reward from Obama (if any).

If Hillary campaigns enough about this she'll have a much easier time getting the nomination that's already hers. People want out of Iraq, they don't want a harder war (because that's what would happen if we moved troops into Pakistan) that probably wouldn't hesitate to use their nukes on us.

In a campaign this crowded, this early?  No way.  We've got Mike Gravel staring at fire ... Fred Thompson running on the viagra ticket ... Mitt and his 40 wives ... ahhh heck, its going to take a lot more than that to get noticed in this election.

I still want Ron Paul to tear off his shirt during one of the debates and yell "I'M SPARTACUS!!"

Tell me about the fire and the viagra, please. Are you talking about Gravel's senate career and Thompson's gold digger wife?

No, Gravel actually had an ad in which he stared at fire for two minutes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lRwizmuCnOw

Gravel has a weird ad where he stares at fire.  I think South Park just gave you the link.

The Thompson comment is absolutely about his wife.  Because you know what America really wants is a First Lady with a Grandfather fetish.

Grover Cleveland was like 27 years older than his wife.  Kucinich is 30 years older than his wife.  Fred is 25 years older than his wife.  So...  what's your point?

Cleveland was already president when his wife married him.

And did he suddenly become incapable of performing the duties as President because he had a wife so many years younger than him?  Did the crowds tar and feather him because he didn't marry someone in their 40s or 50s?  Now I doubt that Wakie actually believes that large aged differences between consenting adults is really a big political issue, but I'm sure there is a micro percentage of the population that does, and it boggles the mind as to why.

No, but I was just pointing out that Cleveland was elected as a bachelor.

Do I care?  No.  Do I think it will hurt him with voters?  Yep.

Grover Cleveland was elected President in the 19th century.  And when he was elected he was, as pointed out, a bachelor.  His wife wasn't a factor in the election.

Kucinich ... well, lets be honest here he doesn't have a chance no matter WHO he is married to.

I'm not arguing the right or wrong of their relationship.  All I'm saying is that the age differences will stand out for voters.

Espeically in the 20th and 21st centuries. In the 18th or 19th a middle class to upper class man could marry a teenager or a man over 60 could still be able to marry a woman who could still have children, but that is a little wierd now.
