It has often occurred to me that I could often easily do so in the case of CARLHAYDEN, and probably for several other members as well.

No, I wouldn't be able to.

Mitty's is pretty recognizable because he never uses capital letters.  Naso can be found out pretty easy whenever he's ranting about September 11th/hurricanes/love of President Bush/making racist comments about Obama/crying over Celine Dion songs.
