I am really surprised you didn't include more "stolens" on this map.
There was only 1 that was actually stolen though...you really can't claim that for any of the others PA 13 - 2004 Time to get a clue, Harry. I've never actually read a single post from the PA-13 threads, so I don't get the joke. PA-13 is what, suburban Philadelphia? And it is usually close? You're not a true forum member if you didn't read at least one post from that thread. The district is suburban Philly and parts of NE Philly (my area). The race was supposed to be close but it was a blowout. The idea that it was stolen is simply a joke on my part.

It may have been stolen in 1996 when Jon Fox beat Joe Hoeffel by something like 40 votes.
