Only WWII and Afghanistan for sure. The Persian Gulf war had removing Saddam Hussein been one of the prequistes to success. The Civil war I need to more on before commenting. The Korean, Somilian and Revolutionaries wars.. Maybe.

Bosnia and Kosovo should have been dealt with by the Europeans.. with ground troops. It's a joke we had to depend on Clinton. But given the circumstances, yes.

All the others, no.

Only Revolutionary War, WW2 and Afghanistan I think.  I'd need to read more about Bosnia, Somalia, and Kosovo.

And the Civil War, against the South.

The Shah is definitely the lesser of evils here.

While I've never known an Iranian who disagreed, surely the best option would have been to reinstall the pre-Operation Ajax Iranian Parliament and goverment system and call fresh elections.

Actually we should add CIA special ops and projects to this list:
Operation Ajax: No
Operation PBSUCCESS: No
Operation Gladio: Should have been done differently
Operation FUBELT: No
Operation Chaos: Hahaha.. No
Operation Charly: Good god no
Operation Cyclone: In retrospect, No, but at the time - Maybe
Project Minaret: Surely this was unconstutional, but then again the CIA has never cared about such trifling things.
Project MKULTRA: Uhhh... No.

If you don't know what these are... there's always Wiki.

The American Revolutionary War - Yes
The War of 1812 - Yes
The Napoleonic Wars - No
The Mexican War - No
The American Civil War - Yes (and I refuse to call it by a propaganda name)
The Spanish-American War - No, though public pressure probably would have had Congress declaring war anyway
The Mexican Civil War - No
World War I - No
World War II - Yes
The Korean War - Yes (UN)
The Vietnam War - No
A War Against Cuba - No
Grenada - No
Panama - Yes, insofar as the US was involved in the root causes of the war
The Persian Gulf War - Yes (UN)
Bosnia - Yes (UN)
Somalia - No
Kosovo - Yes (UN)
The War in Afghanistan - Yes
The War in Iraq - No

I wouldn't say the US had much of a choice in that one. Essentially, if you say Yes to the Spanish-American War, you say Yes to the Philippine-American War, and vice-versa.
