Stephen Crabb, Con, Preseli Pembrokeshire.

Gained this seat off Labour in 2005.

One of the youngest Tory MPs. I would imagine he is probably a good campaigner. He gained this seat at the second attempt in 2005. Labour won this seat by just under 10,000 in 1997, having held it under slightly different boundaries (then called Pembroke) in 1992. If the Tories had made that sort of progress elsewhere they could be back in power.

What flipped the old Pembroke over to Labour in '92 (beyond the Kinnock-created Labour bounce in Wales that year) was Pembroke Dock, which is no longer in this seat and is the reason (along with Plaid/Labour (depending on the election) Carmarthen Town) why Carmarthen West & South Pembroke is Labour.
I still can't work out why Labour did so well in Pembrokeshire in 1997 though; historically speaking it looks very strange. But voting patterns in rural Wales can be odd so...
