Elizabeth Edwards claims that the reason that Obama and Hillary get attention is because they are minorities, while John Edwards is a white male.  In this article, she also says that they can't "make him a woman".  Someone ought to tell her a thing or two about sex changes:

Apparently even if you are a part of a group which is numerically greater, if your group has less financially you are a minority.

This led me to thinking ... does this mean that white men who live in Queens, NY could qualify as a minority?  They are numerically in the minority AND apparently African-Americans living in Queens have a higher average income than Caucasians living there.

This ties into what I was saying yesterday about Edwards.  The only fact that he is still in the running is because he is a White Male.  For the reasons his wife is complaining about, it is his blessing that he isn't a minority.  Otherwise, he'd be waiting for a call to be VP again.
