I like the obey things. The rest is a little disturbing, frankly.

Georges Marchais was hilarious. Never quite sure how much of it was intentional though...

The cartoon isn't funny. I suspect that I'm missing something, somewhere.

Some scene I don't recognize, although there's probably a story behind it.

Transport House (ie; Labour Party headquarters at the time) during election night, 1945. The little fellow with the moustache is Clem Attlee.

Cat is cute. As is Marvin, in his own special way.

Fraser has o/c made it quite clear that he won't be voting Liberal this election. And Gorton ended up running as an Independent candidate for a Senate seat after he was P.M. Funny how many Liberal leaders become disillusioned with their party once they cease to be leader; Menzies ended up a DLP voter IIRC.

Good people (I have pictures of both on my wall), but dreadful politicians. But that combination goes without saying doesn't it Wink

1. That's a pithead he's climbing up. Nowt to do with a steelworks.
2. Socialist, not Communist. But they did take over the Colliery.

Perhaps, but what exactly is an unecessary war? That quote could be accurate or it could be contemptible.

Which happens to be why he was such a Godawful politician. Wonderful person by all accounts I've read though.
