I agree with Daniel. Mexico would never say they are attempting to retake the Southwest, cause if they did there would be explosions and bullets headed their way. But, as always, there are loonies <<like, for instance, Pat Buchanan>> who want extreme measures taken to accomplish their goals.
On this basis you could argue that every country hates every other country, and within every country every identifiable subgroup hates every other subgroup. If I search enough, I could probably find some Cambodians who really hate Honduras and would love to have it conquered
